View time cards online, without web punching
Do your employees use our wall mounted time clock?
Do they want to view their time cards?
Now you can allow them to view their time card online, but NOT allow them to punch time from the web. Thanks goes to Skyline Tent Company for the suggestion!
Here is how:
LOGIN (as Clock Admin) > Employees > click employee name > Set "May punch IN/OUT from Web" to "NO" > click Save
If you haven't done so, assign them a username and password.
That's it!
